Pracovní náplň
• Documentation processing and cross market communication
• Preparation and distribution of customer letters
• Checking response from distributors / customers
• Certificate folders update and management
• Paperwork distribution between the countries’ organizations
• Any other administrative task as per local team request

• Work in an international environment, in the area of Quality & Regulatory concerning medical devices & home appliances
• Contract with immediate start date (suitable for students or parents on maternity leave)

Požadujeme
• University student (experience from quality is an advantage, but not a must)
• Interested in working in an international environment
• Possibility to work at least 25 hrs/week
• Proactive and working independently, focused on details
• Ability to prioritize
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Active knowledge of English
