Pracovní náplň
• International pharma company (approx. 500 employees in the UK, Czech, Serbia, Croatia…)
• Close cooperation with Tereza (who is managing Back Office Team) and 2 other receptionists
• Working on a reception (welcome visitors, coffee, beverages, messenger, taxi for clients) – 50% of your work duties
• Ad hoc administrative/practical tasks (correspondence, business trips, ordering office equipment’s, scanning, archiving) – 50% of your work duties
• Daily communication with members of all departments (approx. 100 people in Prague) in both Czech and English
• Help with external events coordination (conferences & seminars), teambuildings organization
