End-user laptop/desktop/workstation support for all PC hardware, software, mobility, peripherals, printing, and network issues.
Troubleshooting HW&SW issues on a Windows and macOS X platforms.
Troubleshooting SW issues on the iOS and Android platforms.
Deploying company software on Windows and macOS platforms.
Keeping track of company hardware using internal tools.
Minor modifications and fixes of standard company hardware.
Daily communication with users personally or via collaboration tools.
Assist in administration of Active Directory and O365.
Responsible for issue escalations to L3 IT support teams.
Constant IT Provisioning process improvement.
Sometimes receiving and stocking new IT equipment.

Požadujeme
Be open to learning new technologies and approaches on a daily basis.
Client workstation experience with Windows 10 and possibly macOS X.
Experience with mobile iOS/Android platforms.
Physically fit.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills are required.
Strong customer focus with an ability to calm customers.
Very good English, both written and spoken.
